ABOUT THE COMPANY

Orlando, Florida --- March 12, 1997

American Access Technologies, Inc., (AAT), organized in 1996 to develop, design and manufacture telecommunications products that are specifically targeted for use as an integral component in copper and fiber-optic zone cabling for commercial and industrial buildings. The first product called a Zone Cabling Termination Cabinet, (ZCTC), was introduced to the telecommunications industry in January 1997. This product acts as a mini telephone closet that fits into the ceiling tile grid system. By installing the enclosure, the end user will benefit from the expanded performance of their installed telecommunications systems while spending less money on new installation and/or renovations and they will experience a cost savings of 40 to 70 percent over what they would normally spend on the cost of each and every move, add or change for years to come. (Typically, 45 percent of all work stations are moved, added or physically changed every year.) The ZCTC has been assigned a Utility Patent Pending. Many other products are in various stages of R & D and will be strategically released to the industry.

THE TELECOMMUNICATIONS INDUSTRY

The telecommunications industry is a $268 Billion dollar industry and is growing exponentially. Technology advancements within the industry have given rise to higher speed cabling, higher speed switching and new ways to connect cabling. Today's preferred method of cabling is called Zone Cabling. AAT has designed, developed and is currently manufacturing the only enclosure that can place the equipment of every telecommunications manufacturer into this Zone Cabling environment and still meet all of the building and industry standards for telecommunications. The Zone Cabling Termination Cabinet (ZCTC) provides a method for all equipment and cable manufacturers to obtain a larger share of this multi-billion dollar zone cabling market.

MARKETING/SALES

The company projects approximately 24,000 units to be sold in the next 12 months of operationwith a pre-tax profit of approximately $200.00 per unit sold, (pre-tax profit of $4.8 Million). The company is currently partnering with telecommunications equipment manufacturers, cable manufacturers and selected distributors to provide complete data - voice zone cabling solutions. Our partner manufacturers and distributors are some of the largest companies in the country such as Lucent Technologies ($22 Billion world wide manufacturer & supplier), ANIXTER (a $2.5 Billion dollar world wide distributor), Graybar ($3 Billion distributor with 240 locations), Belden (a cable manufacturer with $671 Million revenue 1996), Krone (a $100 + million dollar world equipment manufacturer), CED American Electric (a national distributor with over 400 locations). By utilizing the enclosure in conjunction with their equipment and cable and distributed through the distributor network, each of the manufacturers and distributors will be able to capture a significantly larger share of this $268 billion industry.
