Omega Metals, Inc. was established in 1981 to provide quality precision sheet metal parts for commercial and military clients. The company is located in Northeast Florida, midway between Jacksonville and Gainesville.

Omega's full graphics CAD-CAM system serves CNC punching equipment, milling machines, laser equipment, etc. The system uses TekSoft software on our in-house computer systems and will accept a DXF file via modem and transmit a DXF file verification.
Omega Metals has installed "Metal Mizer," a complete estimating, labor reporting, job costing, job tracking system. This software is installed on a 25 user network and allows instant job status and insures that our delivery times are met by the real time scheduling portion of the software.
Fabrication capabilities include shearing, CNC punching, bending and milling, mig, heliarc and other welding techniques. Finishing capabilities include aluminum conversion coating, powder coating, spray painting and silkscreening. Diversified capabilities allow Omega to handle prototype, short run and long run production requirements.
Omega's production facilities total 76,000 square feet.
Quality control at Omega is based on Department of defense military standard MIL-1-45208A. Inspection equipment is strictly maintained to assure consistent quality.
