The original manufacturing site was established in 1981 as Omega Metals to provide quality precision sheet metal parts for commercial and military clients. The company is located in Northeast Florida, midway between Jacksonville and Gainesville.

Well trained personnel, modern equipment and updated computer systems enable us to offer consistent, timely, quality production in an economical fashion.

Our full graphics CAD-CAM system serves CNC punching equipment, milling machines, laser equipment, brakes, etc. The system uses the Trumpf ToPs programming suite and TekSoft software on our in-house computer systems and will accept a dwg, dxf and iges file formats.

Our production facilities total 70,000 square feet.

Our TRUMPF brakes are integrated into our network and may be programmed via the TRUMPF ToPs Programming Suite.  Programs may then be uploaded directly to the brakes, eliminating the need for all but basic tooling setup.
