The A1024-LP mounts into the ceiling tile (2 ft. x 4 ft.) grid system and is supported to the building structure by threaded rods. Ceiling tile is cut and attached to the exposed "underside" of the enclosure, disguising its appearance. This unique design provides for a high degree of concealment, aesthetic appearance, as well as security.

It is easy to mount any manufacturers' Category 3, 4 and 5 Patch Panels, and Punch Down Blocks and Fiber to the Equipment Mounting Plate. The mounting plate is then attached to the inside of the enclosure access door. The ZCTC has been designed to ensure that copper and fiber bending ratios are maintained while allowing for adequate space for large capacity applications.

This enclosure has been approved by UL® for Low Voltage Communications and is being viewed by architectural and engineering communities for potential use for various intelligent building system applications.

All ZCTC units are constructed in accordance with UL®2043, the Standards for Communications Circuit Accessories, UL®1863, Type 12; Cabinets and Boxes, and with the Canadian Standard, CSA 22.2 No. 94-M91 and CSA 22.2 No. 40-M89. This product meets the standards of NEC - 300 - 22 B and/or C and is in compliance with TIA/EIA 568A, 569 and TSB 75.
